DIY Brain Tip: Crank Up Some Tunes!

I have music playing in my home a lot, all different kinds throughout the day. Very often my whole crew will random dance in our living room. My hubbie uses a lot of 80’s dance moves. It’s all he knows 😉

If you want to work your body, go to the gym. If you want to exercise your brain, listen to music.
